- not afraid to dream
-
i had to write a letter of motivation for graduate school application and among the required contents is the professional objectives. not knowing where to go and what to do and therefore choosing blindly for bachelor major is quite usual (although it's not my case), but master diploma should be something utterly desired if not obsessed over. so, in order to make myself qualify, i had to write about a profession concrete enough (i.e. not as vague as "IT consultant") and it must be something i would love to do. choosing over a limited number of professions i'm familiar with wouldn't do it, so i created one.
it is something that ties in with the major i'm applying to, something that involves worldwide travelling (that would certainly be a dream come true) and still has some IT flavour in it. hopefully such profession exists or will exist by the time i earn the degree.
talking about jobs, next month i would be released from the decent paycheck i've been earning for the past 4 months in order to focus on my final research and hopefully getting accepted to a decent graduate school on a major i actually like along with the full scholarship. if that doesn't work, getting a job after graduation would be the next challange and for some reason i would like to try out journalism... not an easy move considering my academic background...
not an easy dream to make reality...

don't you mean... 'decent' instead of 'descent'?
